The Design Process Steps:
- Contact us for a Pre-Consultation Session (email, phone, or in-person)
- A consultant will send you a pre-consultant checklist with question for you to answer.
During your consultation the consultant will go over your design objectives and establish a price for development.
Then send you an estimated development price quote proposal.
- A one page consultant agreement will be faxed or mailed which you sign and send back to us.
- You must read and accept our terms of agreement, there will be a place on the consultant agreement
for you to sign stating that you have read and accept the terms.
- After receiving the initial payment, we will schedule your project for development.
Initial payment is 70% of your estimated development price. If there are any setup fees and
domain registration fees they must be paid as well at that time.
- You will then supply us with the appropriate typed text, scanned photo and/or graphics,
and any supporting documentation. You can send us the photos via email or regular mail.
The graphics and photographs will then be used and optimized for the web.
- Written content should be sent via email to avoid additional cost for (un-typed text).
You must supply the major verbiage for each page. We will add and adjust the verbiage for the
design presentation appeal.
- The designer will build your website page by page with the initial page serving as a template
for the rest of your site. We will make as many changes to this page until we have your final approval
of the design. Any changes to a page after approval will be charged at an hourly rate. We will then proceed
to the next page in the same manner until you are satisfied.
- Upon request we will email you weekly status report about your project. You will always have an open
communication line to our design team. You will be able to view the progression of your site and/or design step
by step.
- Upon Completion what we call the “GO LIVE” phase, the final development cost (remanding 30% of development)
and the first web hosting payment (if applicable). Must be paid in full.
